"Very unfortunate experience. My husband and I have been State Farm customers for 10–15 years and have carried multiple policies through them, including auto, home, and life insurance. We recently purchased another vehicle and originally intended to continue using State Farm for all of our insurance needs, but after our experience over the last few years, we are in the process of canceling our final policy.
Despite repeatedly asking Jaz, Trinity and their team to contact my husband (the person who set up and pays for the life insurance policy) they continue to call my phone multiple times, even though I have explained that I work night shifts as an RN and keep my phone on Do Not Disturb because I sleep during the day. Being repeatedly woken up after making this request numerous times is incredibly frustrating and disrespectful.
On top of that, they consistently misspell both my husband's name and mine in emails and policy documents, despite us being customers for many years. Our premiums were also increased significantly without proper notification, and when we reached out with questions about the changes, we receive notices in the mail that our policy has been canceled without first discussing the situation with us. They later said those were sent by mistake.

Now that we are trying to cancel the policy ourselves, my husband has requested the code that we were told is required to complete the cancellation, and they have refused to provide it.
This entire experience has been disappointing and stressful. We used to think highly of State Farm, but over the last few years it has become one headache after another. The lack of communication, repeated errors with our names, and difficulties canceling our policy have left us feeling more like a number than valued customers.
I would not recommend this office based on our experience and simply want to warn others so they can make an informed decision before going through something similar"

The concerns you've described—including repeated calls despite your requests, misspelled names, confusion surrounding policy communications, and the difficulty you've experienced during the cancellation process—are not the level of service we strive to provide. We understand how especially frustrating it would be to have your sleep interrupted while working night shifts, and I sincerely apologize for that.

Because privacy laws prevent us from discussing policy details publicly, I'd appreciate the opportunity to personally review everything that occurred and make sure we fully understand what happened. If we've made mistakes, I want to address them and use your feedback to improve our processes moving forward.

I needed insurance for both my new EV and my truck, and Laura made the whole process effortless. She handled everything over the phone, got me a quote fast, and sent it straight to my email. She even helped me realize that bundling both vehicles together was actually cheaper — I had no idea that was an option!

What really set her apart was how personable and responsive she was. She made herself available even during her lunch break, which says a lot. She also pointed me to the app to make managing everything easy going forward.
